Settlement of Layli with Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, 1920
Settlement between Layli, the daughter of Muhammad Vali Bayg, and Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, in which she settles all of her belongings--clothes, dishes, cash and bonds, properties, and household furnishings--for some salt and pennies in order for Mirza Muhammad ʻAli to spend 11 tumans for taʻziyah and 10 tumans for prayers [to be said for her] after her death. After payment of the religious tithe, he should spend the rest on taʻziyah for Imam Husayn.

Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban. The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans and a man [three kilograms] of salt with his three sons, Aqa Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Hajiyah Zivar Sultan's deposition on her settlement with her inheritors, 1906
Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan and former wife of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Alaqah-band [the silk dealer] from Shiraz) confirms that she settled her possessions with her inheritors for one tuman and some crystal sugar, with the condition that her possessions would belong to her while she is alive, and after her death, her inheritors should pay seven hundred and fifty tumans for her funeral costs and for charity as she desires.

1- In his will, dated October 20, 1904, Haj Iskandar Khan Yavar has appointed Aqa Mir Asad Allah and Aqa Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Aqa Mirza Mahdi Khan Muntasir Lashkar the executors of his and his wife's wills and Mulla Isma‘il Shaykh al-Islam as their overseer.
